Medical Alert Key Tag

If you, a friend or a loved one has medical issues that first responders need to know about, this red anodized aluminum key tag is an easy way to inform them of what you think they should know.

We can laser engrave any information that you want on the back of the tag as long as the text will fit.  

These are made locally in Franklin, Georgia.  

Each key tag comes with a small split ring and a small bead chain to allow you to attach it to keys, bags, or other items more easily.
